Annabel Karmel is an expert in infant feeding, she has concentrated on writing for the ordinary moms, who seek to give a good feeding their babies.
For me one of the most imporatantes decisions as a mom is to know what foods will give my children. So I chose this book, for all its recipes are homemade, with fresh and with a very good balance among its ingredients. I’m not against all processed food, because the world in which we live sometimes need something to get us out of trouble, but if you can do most of your own meals, do not hesitate, it is one of the best gifts that you can give your baby, and a lesson for life.
Remember that the best and the healthiest for both the baby and the mother is breastfeeding. Many pediatricians recommend exclusive breastfeeding until age, however I think it is very important to start combined with solid from the sixth month.
WHAT I liked
This is a very simple book, with each other very different recipes, but all full of new and intriguing flavors for babies who are learning the world through their senses is.
What I liked is that the author explains in detail the recipe tells us to what age is appropriate, and also gives us a healthy tip in almost all preparations.
My son is no longer a baby, but I remember the enormous satisfaction I felt when I feed it with good products and good recipes how are you.
